Bismoy first dabbled in photography as young boy on family vacations. After repeated fights for control over the family camera, he was granted a small point-and-shoot which became a constant travel companion. Self-taught through trial-and-error, and countless rolls of film, photography has always been a hobby and a source of personal enjoyment. Now, his camera continues to accompany him around Chicago and on his travels abroad. Bismoy has wide interests in subject matter - ranging from nature, architecture, people and culture, and has a fascination with urban decay.  His photography is diverse in nature.
